How do I set up the pop-up tent?

Just pop on the top of the tent once to transform the tent from flat to ready in seconds. Click HERE to visit our Instructions page and view the pop-up tent be assembled and packed down.

How many people does this fit?

Our beach tent fits 4 adults.

Will this protect me from the sun?

Yes! The tent roof is a UV 50+ material, and each tent comes with a fly cover that is UV 50+ and waterproof..

Can I easily carry the tent?

Yes. Our beach tent easily folds into a compact travel bag that you simply strap over your shoulder.

Can I use it in windy conditions?

The tent is designed for recreational use and not recommended for use in high winds.

Do you have a warranty?

Yes. Each Swished product comes with a 12 months warranty.

Do you have a return policy?

Yes, we have a 3-day return policy on all Swished products.

Are the shoulder straps comfortable even when the bag is full?

Yes! The straps are made of super soft and flexible rope for maximum comfort wherever you go.

Will the Wine Cooler Bag keep my drink cold?

Yes! Our refillable drink pouch fits in the insulated compartment inside the bag which will keep your drink cold.

What are the Wine Cooler Bags made from?

Our blue striped and yellow striped Wine Cooler Bags are made from canvas. Our black Wine Cooler Bag is made of PU leather. The drink pouch is made from aluminium foil.

Can I put carbonated beverages in the drink pouch?

Yes! Don’t fill the pouch completely to allow for expansion, but you can put soft drink, beer, cider or any other type of drink inside the drink pouch.

How do I use the drink pouch?

Remove the pouch from the bag, pop off the spout, fill with your favourite beverage, replace the spout and ensure it is on properly and place the pouch back in the bag!

What is the return policy?

We have a 30-day returns policy. The product being returned must be in an unused condition with the drink pouch, spout and bag attached. If your return item arrives without the drink pouch, spout or bag, or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund. If you need to return your product please email our team at help@swished.com.au with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your product.

What size cans does the Can Cooler fit?

The Can Cooler will fit any 375mL cans.

Can I put this in the fridge or freezer?

Yes, the Can Cooler can withstand those temperatures, but our double-walled technology is what ultimately keeps your drink cold.

How do I clean the Can Cooler?

The Can Cooler is HAND WASH ONLY- wash with a cloth and warm soapy water, and dry with a towel.

What is the removable silicone lip for?

The removable silicone lip is to place back over the drink to hold in secure in your Can Cooler.

What is the return policy?

We have a 30-day returns policy. The product being returned must be in an unused condition with the silicone ring and cooler attached. If your return item arrives without the silicone ring or cooler, or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund. If you need to return your product please email our team at help@swished.com.au with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your product.

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Shipping is free! Delivery depends on your location but we ask to allow 7-14 business days.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Sure, as long as our fulfilment team hasn't already shipped your order. If they have, please allow for your order to be delivered and leave it unopened so they can provide you with a return shipping label.

What if I put in the wrong address?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please email our team at support@swished.com.au and they will make any amendments needed. If your order has been shipped out already, our team will work with you and the couriers to have it redirected where possible.

How do I return or exchange my Swished item?
