We are committed to providing an easy and convenient delivery and returns process. Please read on for more information! By making a purchase on our site, you agree to our Delivery and Returns Policy set out below.
How does delivery work?
âïž We use Australia Post for most of our deliveries and do deliver to Australia. You can expect your parcel within 2-8 business days from when it leaves our warehouse.
*PLEASE NOTE due to current high demand and workplace social distancing requirements our distribution centre is taking slightly longer than usual to send orders.
When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so that you can track the delivery with the postage provider. Australia Post should also send you a follow-up email that says your delivery from Swished is on its way. Please don't stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up.
If you have purchased a pre-order product, you will notice that it has an anticipated âsentâ date next to the product name. You can expect your parcel within 2-8 business days from this anticipated âsentâ date.
Please note that while we send your order out as a whole, 4 Swished products are the maximum amount that we can pack together and Australia Post cannot guarantee packages will stay together during transit.
If your order does not arrive within 12 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up with Australia Post. We guarantee your parcel's delivery by requiring a signature on arrival. Australia Post may contact you offering safe drop - if you accept this, we do not take responsibility for the package after Australia Post has delivered the package to you.
Do you have a returns policy?
âïž Yes! We are extremely confident that you will love Swished products. However, if you do not find Swished products suitable for you we do offer a 30-day returns policy. This is in addition to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Please see below for further details about your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Is my product eligible for a return?
You can return your product, provided it meets the following eligibility requirements:
1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery date/receiving of the order.
2. Item(s) were not marked âFinal Saleâ or âNon-Returnableâ at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
3. Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition.
If your returned item arrives at our warehouse and our inspection team notes that it does not meet the above eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to deny your refund.
How do I initiate my return?
If you need to return your Swished products please email our team at support@swished.com.au with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your Swished products.
Our Customer Service Team will then ask a few questions regarding your return.
We will send you a free return delivery label, which you will be required to attach to your original packaging before dropping it off at a post office.
What happens once I send my Swished product back?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 business days.
If your return is rejected, we will send your Swished product back to you, and we will invoice you for the associated delivery costs.
Can I exchange for a different item?
âïž Yes! We are confident that another product will catch your eye! Provided your product meets the return eligibility criteria, we would be happy to send you an alternative product.
Please email our team at support@swished.com.au with your order name and number, and we will help facilitate the exchange.
Consumer Law Entitlements
If you are an Australian resident, certain legislation, including the Australian Consumer Law, and similar consumer protection laws and regulations, may confer you with rights, warranties, guarantees and remedies relating to the supply of the products by us to you which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified (Consumer Law Rights). For example, you may have additional rights to an exchange, repair or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. To the extent that you maintain Consumer Law Rights at law, nothing in these Terms excludes those Consumer Law Rights.
If you are a New Zealand resident, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a failure of substantial character and, in some circumstances, for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a failure of substantial character. Nothing in these Terms limit the consumer guarantees under the CGA in any way.
